Competitive Commissions

We offer a 20% base commission, with opportunities for higher rates as our partnership deepens. Commissions are paid promptly (within 30 days of your client’s departure), and we’ll always ensure you’re the agent of record.

We work with organizations like Rewilding Chile, which is restoring and reconnecting wild landscapes along Patagonia’s Route of Parks; Australian Geographic, whose conservation initiatives focus on reef restoration, threatened species, and Indigenous knowledge; and the Sea Turtle Conservancy in Costa Rica, the world’s oldest sea turtle research and protection organization. By integrating these partnerships into our itineraries, we ensure every journey contributes to long-term environmental and community resilience.
